About Benjamin Colten
Ben grew up in Framingham, MA and attended Rutgers College of Engineering where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Shortly after 9/11, Ben decided to join the United States Air Force as an officer where he proudly served as an Acquisitions Officer and as a member of the Air Force Honor Guard. After his service he attended Northeastern University School of Law where he obtained his J.D., and immediately opened his own practice in 2010 – helping former military members and indigent local residents of Boston with legal problems stemming from criminal, housing, substance abuse, and personal injury issues. Over the last few years, Ben has shifted his focus to real estate, as his passion for the unique homes and architecture of Massachusetts has grown, as well as the elation he feels sharing the joy of seeing people realize their dreams of owning new homes come true.
Ben enjoys playing his guitar, rock climbing, hiking, spending time with his family, and searching for the best dining in the Boston area.

• Introduction and explanation of services we provide as well as a timeline of events to fully inform what will be expected by both the client and us.
• Negotiation of the Purchase and Sale agreement with the seller/seller’s representative. We advocate for your interests, and ensure no hidden liabilities are present in the property.
• Title/Settlement services, through several affiliates we work hand in hand with that allow us to charge less because of the ease of transparency we have with them.
• Attend your closing and celebrate your accomplishment with you.
Seller Representation
• Zealously advocate for your interests during the Purchase and Sales Negotiations.
• Resolve any title issues that are revealed from the Buyer’s title search.
• Draft deeds on your behalf.
• Attend closing on your behalf so you don’t have to, and handle the transfer of all ownership documents, keys and remotes.
Real Estate Closings
• Will attend and walk you through all documents, as well as give some last minute homeowner advice in the case of a purchase.
